‘POPPING’ IN AT THE EXPO
A Rochdale IT company is thriving by challenging the traditional image of the IT industry, and intends to make sure that delegates that visit their stand will leave having experienced something ‘popping’. You will have to follow the sound and smell over the two days to find the surprise that Creative Networks has in store for you.
Creative Networks, founded in 2005, is a managed service provider of IT and Telecoms. The company takes a very human approach to IT by cutting out jargon and tailoring its packages to support the individual needs of its customers.
Over the last decade the company has gone from strength to strength, moving from a one room shared office space to a full floor within a converted mill in Rochdale and a further office in Nottingham. Initially starting off as a local IT firm it now specialises in Managed IT Services and serves clients nationally. Some of the services it provides are Server and System Consolidation, Microsoft Office 365, Mobile Device Management, VoIP Telecoms, IT Helpdesk, Business Consultancy, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
The business prides itself on building strong, long term relationships with its clients. This approach has paid off, with many of the original clients still using Creative Networks for over 10 years. This is a true example of the bond that Creative Networks builds with its clients.
Mohammed Arshad, Business Development Manager at Creative Networks is keen to emphasise the importance of strong relationships with customers ‘we see ourselves as being our clients’ business partner rather than simply a service provider. We know our customers personally and they are free to drop into the office at any time, even if it’s for a coffee or to play pool. What we have done is to take IT and give it a human face.’
“We want to be with our clients throughout the duration of their business and help them expand, just as we have expanded as a business. We look at the needs of our client not just at the present moment but for the years ahead, so that they will have the capacity they need to grow.”
“Our main focus is to educate businesses about IT and empower them with the knowledge of how IT which is reliable is central in the running of their business and subsequent growth. We also appreciate the costs involved in IT and appreciate this is a factor why businesses shy away from investing into their infrastructure. This is why we take a flexible approach to payment terms, and on occasions installing an IT infrastructure at no upfront cost to our client. To further the ease of payment, we offer monthly payment plans which have become increasingly our most popular and affordable payment solution.”
Once customers have signed up with Creative Networks, they are given ongoing support and guidance by Creative Networks own helpdesk of experienced IT experts, some of whom have been in the industry for over 20 years. Whilst making full use of experienced staff, Creative Networks has also been passing this knowledge and experience on to young NEET apprentices struggling to find work in an industry they love. Creative Networks have expressed their true passion in passing their skills to the new generation of qualified IT technicians, engineers and consultants.
Through the mixture of developing staff to developed staff, Creative Networks has created for its customers a truly dynamic team, bringing new and great ideas to the industry. While many of them come from an IT background some are from a customer service background so they can provide all the technical help with excellent customer service. Making them stand out from their competitors.
